So Scoot is definitely on my No Fly list. Here is the short end of what happened. Visa returned the money to my account. Apparently Scoot rejected the payment and instead of looking into the issue they had me running around the city.
Bullshit.
Overall I've decided that I will not be flying with them or any of their relatives: NOK, Singapore Air, TigerAir AOC, Cebu Pacific, Jeju Air and Vanilla Air.
On the bright side, I made it to Melbourne thanks to JetStar Australia! A great fllight, direct SGN to MEL. Can't go wrong!
Great service considering it is also budget.
